Is 30-Day National Lockdown Necessary?

I agree with Bill Ackman’s statement that the 30-day national lockdown would be the most effective way to fight the coronavirus pandemic. [1]

Despite the lockdown, knowing that there are COVID-19 positive, asymptomatic, without coronavirus symptoms, there are still people enjoying the crowd. [2]

If every state or country with COVID-19 cases will not enforce the 30-day lockdown and stay at home order, and if the citizens/residents will not cooperate, 30-day lockdown will not be enough and might extend.  So please, STAY AT HOME.
