RE: Psyche Therapy Buddy

Psyche Therapy Buddy

I admire the people who invented and will continue to innovate on psyche therapy products like the stuffed toy that was televised in “American Inventor” TV program, to inspire people that “everything will be alright”.  This simple concept is beneficial to overcome depression.

Our brain has the power to control our thoughts and actions. However, our mind can easily be influenced and distracted by people around us.  This distraction can lead to negative effects. But with the help of our supportive friends, family and psyche therapy products, we can overcome any challenges easily.  This product is beneficial in Japan and other countries with high suicidal rate.

Let me share a chain message that I hope people with suicidal tendency can read: “We have thousands of wishes and a lot of complains but a cancer patient only has one wish, to live.” If only the cancer patients could meet the people with suicidal tendency, then perhaps they could change their perspective in life.

When I’ve assessed someone using the Howard Gardner’s MI assessment, he asked what benefits can he get from being “Self Smart”. I told him, that being Self Smart is by giving value to yourself;  By having the perseverance and determination to achieve on something you are passionate with because you believe in yourself and you just don’t give up.

Actually, the self smart people are those with high EQ and have strong faith in themselves.  They can’t commit suicide whenever they are depressed.   They have full control over themselves and know how to motivate themselves in achieving their goals.

I remember when I was a COCC, I have to recite a poem “Don’t Quit”, while enduring the training, which for me is effective.

When things go wrong as they sometimes will,

When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill.

When the funds are low and the debts are high,

And you want to smile, but you have to sigh.

When care is pressing you down a bit,

Rest if you must, but don’t you quit.

Life is queer with its twists and turns,

As everyone of us sometimes learns.

And many a fellow turns about,
When he might have won had he stuck it out.

Don’t give up though the pace seems slow,

You may succeed with another blow.

Often goal is nearer than

It seems to a faint and faltering man.

Often the struggler has given up,

When he might have captured the victor’s cup .

And he learned too late when the night came down,

How close he was to the golden crown.

Success is failure turned inside out,

The silver tint of the clouds of doubt.

And you never can tell how close you are,

It may be near when it seems afar.

So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit,

It’s when things seem worst that you mustn’t quit.
